Pine Rest, a nationally recognized leader in behavioral health, built a new pediatric facility in Grand Rapids designed around care, trust, and healing. Safety and security were treated as part of that mission: protecting vulnerable young patients and supporting staff while keeping the environment calm and welcoming for families.
As the low-voltage security systems subcontractor, SecurAlarm worked alongside Windemuller and Pine Rest stakeholders to deliver integrated fire alarm, access control, and video surveillance systems. Partnering directly with Pine Rest, our team also deployed electronic key management and a personal panic solution. Together these systems strengthen staff safety, accountability, and emergency response while working quietly in the background of care.
