Central Station Alarm Monitoring and Dispatch (UL-listed)

This SecurAlarm service includes 24-hour supervision, dispatching and notification for alarms as well as providing trouble signals for fire, intrusion, and video verification systems.
 
With our Central Station Alarm Monitoring & Dispatch service, systems can be set up to transmit signals through cellular or internet communication. Activity and event history can be accessed by you at any time – or forwarded to you on a monthly, weekly, or as-needed basis. What’s more, we can provide you with smart phone mobile app capabilities enabling you to remotely arm/disarm your alarm system.

Help Desk Support

Available to answer your questions, troubleshoot, and service your system whenever needed, SecurAlarm Help Desk Support enables you to:

  • Access and program your video and access control systems
  • Create/remove automatic arm/disarm schedules
  • Update your user codes, create/remove zones and areas

Service Agreements

To help ensure that your systems continue to operate efficiently, SecurAlarm offers varying levels of service agreements that include repair or replacement of system components. They also entitle you to priority response times and loaner equipment, as well as varying aspects of the following:

Software Support Agreements

SecurAlarm Software Support Agreements includes installation of software upgrades relevant to the use of your security management systems.

Testing and Inspection Services

Through our Testing and Inspection Services, SecurAlarm will perform full-function tests of your systems along with documentation to verify device/system functionality and proper transmission to the central station.

Access Control Hosted and Managed Services

SecurAlarm can design and produce custom identification badges to provide maximum security with a limited investment. What’s more, we can manage your cardholder database and make updates such as cardholder changes. With our Access Control Hosted and Managed Services, we will also lock or unlock schedules, and adjust holiday schedules.
